Liability and release waiver will be signed at time of session. Those 18 and under will require legal guardian signature.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 24-hour cancellation or no call no show will result legally in full payment with no refund. Please be respectful in regard to time. More than one cancellation may result in terminating the relationship between practitioner and client.
