This unique session blends my 2 favorite things! High End Energy Healing and yoga! Our bodies don’t usually get enough stretching which can lead to a shortening of muscles, making movement more restricting. This can also lead to tight sore muscles and higher risk of injury.
Enjoy energy healing followed by personalized gentle floor yoga. I will lead you through slow mindful movements to bring more movement into the body with self-awareness. I will provide props. Please bring your yoga mat and water.

Despite the name, this is a 90-minute session!
Enjoy 45 minutes of Tarot & Oracle clarity with either a specific question in mind or a general message of past, present and future guidance. I will use my abilities to fill in the gaps and paint an even bigger picture for you so that you leave the session feeling inspired and refreshed!
The last 30 minutes you will experience the Sacred Sole Reflexology session which includes oils, energy clearing through the chakras in the feet as well as extreme grounding and regulation for your nervous system.
