This extended session begins with a personalized 15-minute consultation where we will discuss your goals, current challenges and energetic patterns before moving into your 60-minute High-End Energy Healing experience.
Your 75-minute experience includes:
15 Minute intake and personalized consultation
Trauma Informed Energy Healing- gentle, trauma informed, intuitive clearing of energetic imprints and trauma blocks. Hands only touch your head and feet during the session.

During this 1 hour distant energy healing session I will clear your energy, reset your nervous system while clearing the Chakras. I will connect with you via text before the session begins and will resume feedback and communication for the last 15 minutes of the session. I will also pull 3 oracle cards sending photos and meanings. Sessions are done through Google Meet.

This deeply supportive session is designed for those navigating grief, loss, and the longing to feel spiritually connected to loved ones who have crossed over.
During the first 30 minutes, we sit together in conversation as you share about your loved one, your grief journey, and the connection you are hoping to deepen. You will receive a pillar candle and guidance on creating simple sacred rituals to help you feel more connected and supported in your own spiritual experiences and remembrance practices as home.
The following 30 minutes are spend on the treatment table in a heart-centered energy healing session focused on grief support, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and gentle energetic care for the heart chakra.
This is not a traditional mediumship reading, but rather a supportive healing experience centered around remembrance, connection, ritual, and emotional healing. If intuitive messages naturally come through during session, I am always open to relaying them.
